2014 Oklahoma Crappie Camp

Tasking & Supply List - 26 May 14

The following Oklahoma Forum folks have agreed to furnish the food and equipment listed below. We still have several items needed to make the First Oklahoma Crappie Camp successful.Please check Needed Items Post. If you are unable to bring something, please donate generously at the Registration table located at the two Cookouts so that we can pay for the needed items. Also, we need to pay Arrowhead State Park for rental of the Pavilion for two days. Thanks in advance for helping to make the First Oklahoma Crappie Camp a great success!

Notes:
1. Our estimate on attendance at the food functions is Sixty (60) people at each event. This figure may be adjusted up or down depending on the responses we receive.
2. When two people are bringing the same item, please bring approximately 1/2 of the total needed (60/2 = 30 servings) plus a little extra.
3. Bring cooking equipment and supplies to Pavilion at 3:30 pm each day.
4. Please bring food items to the Pavilion by 4:00pm each day.
5. If you are unable to bring the food or supplies listed, please let us know immediately.
