Ranger Boats Customer Service A+++++

Over the weekend I broke a couple small items on my Ranger Boat. Called first thing yesterday(Monday) morning and told them my problem, they transferred me to their parts dept where I talked to Ted. I told Ted my problem and what parts were broken. He asked for my RGR# (Boats Seriel Number) and he had it in the system and exactly what parts I needed. I asked how much each item would cost and he said nothing. He informed me that at Ranger, they stand behind their products from the smallest part to the largest. I received an email approx 2 hours later that said my parts had shipped and offered a tracking number. They have already arrived in Sallisaw Oklahoma (less then 24 hours from call) and are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. If you are in the market for a new boat, I would say give Ranger Boats a heavy consideration. Not only do they make a great product, they stand behind it 100%. I have never experienced such great customer service like I did with Ranger.

Not saying the other brands are bad, but Ranger is top of the line. Im so glad I have one EB

ranger is in the top as well as another, they both are very hard to beat for customer service, mine is an older hull but they come through each time I call. Uncle has a Ranger and his electronics in the console all died, we were able to get them on the phone and they walked us through a reset rite there on the lake, very impressed!!!

Agreed. My family has owned a few rangers over the years. Nice boats. So are tritons. Believe both are owned by the same company now, along with stratos and maybe another....

Very good customer service with them all which should be expected considering their price tags today!
