ok fellas she gets to go home tomorrow. the dr came in and asked her when she thought she would be ready to go. she smiled and said I think tomorrow or Wensday. ( cant spell right now) he looked at her for a minute then said how about tomorrow she started crying. made me cry I know sappy sp for a grown man to cry but it is my mom. so tomorrow around noon we will be headed back to the Kiamichi mountains for a couple weeks. we are in the process of getting her treatments at Oklahoma onocolgy. I have to sign papers for them to get started on the insurance claims about the chemo and radition. so all prayer are still appreciated because we still have a long road ahead.
Kenny, that is great news. Hope all continues to go good for your mom and for you. We will keep praying for you both.
thanks crappiebob

Andy
Kenny, prayers go out to your mother and family. I know how the road is, I lost my dad on May 11th to lung cancer and I know the road is very bumpy at times, but hang there and God will provide you with all the answers. As for crying don't feel bad about that we all do it when it comes to loved ones. I too shed some tears over my father, but the hardest time for me was when I decided to take some time to get away on the lake the day after he passed. It was then that it hit me the hardest that my long time fishing buddy would not be sharing the boat with me any more.
Prayers continue Kenny and will not only be for Mom but the family as well......Ranger
thanks guys. we get the results Friday. we will have to take her back to Tulsa for the post op appointment then. hopefully everything goes good. jigging trust me you were not alone you just didn't know it. we have dealt with cancer on this side of the family a bunch. it's just harder when it's your mom. she has made it longer then the rest of her family by several years. none of the men have made it to 60 and her mom my grannie was 64 when she died of cancer. my mom just turned 70 in April. we just keep praying that it all comes out good even if it means taking treatments.
Thanks for the update KD. Will keep you and yours on my prayer list!
God bless your Mom and prayers sent!
