I'm sure different lakes and ponds vary due to runoff, creeks and rivers entering, etc. Also I'm sure rain rates play a big part. That said are there any specifics known about our local lakes in that regards? More specifically what kind of rainfall are we needing to fill our lakes back up. Canton is scary empty and will be ruined if it doesn't fill this spring. Saw on the news earlier that some areas from West of Enid to Tulsa could get as much as 3 inches of precip tonight. I doubt snow would help much unless it melts off really fast but it sure cant hurt.
