    Default A crappie morning

I went out to the heated dock at Sahoma for a couple hours this morning to find someone stole the heater So since it was gonna be cold either way I decided to fish from one of the non covered docks and wound up catching around 50 mostly dinks but a few over 10". I was using jigs tied under a slip bobber 5 to 6 foot deep. light purple with a chartreuse tail seemed to produce the best.

You can stand on that back dock and cast out a couple jigs under a slip bobber. 30 feet off that dock is one of the deeper holes in the lake and with the water as low as it is the fish are concentrated in the few spots that are still around 20' deep
