Since I've got the cabin basically finished, I can cut loose now and help with the get-together. I'll be glad to request some goodies from Cabella's, but they require at least 90 days notice before the date of the event. If we have this thing anytime sooner than the first week of April, Cabellas won't be donating any booty for prizes.
Leland, you might give me a call in the next day or so if you need my help. I suggest we get a date set that satisfies as many members as possible.

Leland, Stink or whoever. Just pick a date, place and set it. Not everyone will be able to attend no matter what date you set. Who knows I may not be able to come. I just threw out the evening idea due to everyone wanting to fish. From what I read in these last few posts most don't want to give up a day of fishing, so the evening may be the thing to do. Catering is a great idea IMO.
I like the Eufaula Lake area personally even though it is a long drive for me. If we have it in Claremore all of you fishermen and women will be on Oologah Lake catching my fish.:D LOL!!

OK, It's March 26th. Sat.#9 community center / Longtown. Lets set it to start at noon an get the BBQ, out of the way and start off on a full belly. Anyone can come before then but that's the official time. We can keep it going till 9 or 10 p.m. so others can come on by as well. I will get the estimated cost per person for the catering.
