    Default Does anyone remember the old OKC Tackle Shows with the coolers full of Crappie?


    I think the guy was the owner or Fishmaster float tubes and as i recall his last name was Brown. Anyway, I have been looking for a jighead that is like the ones he sold. He used a brown/white bucktail jig with a brown head that looked sorta like a darter but had flat sides angling toward the nose. If anyone has a photo of that jig I would appreciate seeing it. I think it was 1/8 or 1/4 ounce (large.) CG probably remembers him.

    Bob Brown, owner of Fishmaster, had the jigs. He used a 1/8 oz brown bucktail, I think, with a short white worm threaded on the hook. He used these to fill coolers of nice crappie for the Tackle Show. Ikeni - I know the head but do not possess one.
