    Looks good all you need is a hot biscut, fried squirrels and gravy !

    Peel and core apples.

    Cook down with as little water as you need.
    Use potato masher to help break up apples.

    Add cinnamon and nutmeg .

    Cook down then add sugar to taste.

    Cook down some more till you dip a heaping table spoon let spoonful cool check how thick it is. When it don't run out of spoon .pour up in jars..

    Hot bath jars 10 min for pint 15 for quarts
