Guys I have used these for 10 years. If you do the Cast n Drag technique they are a must. Or vertical in buck brush they are a must. The company that made them went belly up over a year ago and the only place you could find anything close was Bass Pro. BP's version was shorter and bigger in diameter which made them usless. I never put a jig in the water unless it has a stick guard on it. And no if you are wondering if I am getting a kick back on these I am not. One thing I can promise is these are the jig makers worst nightmare......Ranger
Commercial jig tiers probably so. I started tying my own so it means I get to spend more time fishing and less time replacing jigs I've tied and lost. And boy I can sure lose em'! Not that I don't like tying jigs you understand........
Thank you guys for the PM's and emails! I think I got everyone answered back. I can do 500 pk also. You can use these with very small # 8 to a 2/0 hook. Maybe even 3/0 have not tried yet. I have only been making these for a day now and already have sold thousands. Like they say the guys that fish wooded areas love them. Thank Josh
Absolutely I understand. Lol. Been there done that.......Ranger
We are pumped about these stickgaurds! EB
With this product I have been able to use this technique on seveeral different lakes. I've been guiding now for 11 years on 5 different bodies of water and have been able to show this technique to regular clients of mine and they love it! Without the stickgaurd this wouldn't be possible. Thanks Josh for making them! EB
Hey no problem thank you guys!
I will also be carrying these for Josh and Bonehead. If you are local it can save you the shipping.
