It doesn't do much good when the Postal Employee sticks it in the neighbors box to begin with. It was a crime dropped into their laps because of the incompetance of the US Mail. I realize it's an easy mistake, but this guy is always getting it wrong. I haven't pressed any charges at this time but it remains open. I would like to discuss it with the DA.

This ain't no misdemeanor, it's a felony, in fact, there are several felonies involved here, so you have no choice in prosecution, it's up to the D.A.

Forgery, uttering a forged instrument, conspiracy, etc., etc.

Feds also have a case, but they may decline and let the state prosecute.

Whatever happens, someone is in a whole lot of trouble.

The mail service is a joke, I don't know why they don't just close it down and let the private carriers run the mail.
