LOL, yeah it's 3.98 above normal, but I was stating that it had cane up 1 foot in just 12 hrs time.

Now as of 0800 (8 am) for those that don't understand, all gates are closed and no generation. Lake will rise even faster now that we (COE) are having to regulate all water being it for Eufaula or the Arkansas River or any other system that has received rain. It's hard to explain and not everyone would understand the logic of the situation so I'm not going into it on here. Will try and explain this at Summer Crappie Camp if you want to hear it.

Varminthunter when all this water runs into the lake and it begins to go back down there will be current going towards the dam. The bridges and rip rap should be good fishing. Now I don't know bout the spawn it's been tough for me catching fish in April and May. EB

Agreed and any sunken channel with a sunken bluff point where a creek joins could hold a few if they've gone a bit deeper just around the downstream side of the sunken eddy. Brush would be a bonus.
