Lake Eufaula archives

Went to Fountain Head after church and lunch. Caught 4 nice ones on jigs. Caught about 20 dinks on minnows. Brought everything home and put in a farm pond.Attachment 233718

I'm going to Eufaula for the first time ever this Thursday. Any suggestions on where to launch, areas to fish, etc? Looking forward to EB's post on where the tourney registration place will be held. That will also help determine where I want to try. Thanks for your help.

If you've never been there go to Crowder the registration will be there too

I'm pretty sure it will be at Dales bait house don't know if that's the name for sure but crowder ain't that big just look for the place with all the trucks and boats in front

Tell me about this tournament, please? How much is it, and is it something the kids can get involved in? Is there a website?

Registration will be at Lakeside Store in Crowder. First store entering Crowder on the left. Can't miss it.
There is a thread telling all you need to know about all the tournaments. Yes kids can fish with their parents. Kids under 12 can be in the boat as long as they are not fishing and contributing unless they are a paid participant.......Ranger

I've been fishing off our dock in the #9 area the past few days but .... nuthin.. Tried minnows and jigs and they just don't seem to be there yet. I caught a few little ones Monday night but that was about it... Hopefully in the next week or so they will show up.

Junie (EBs Comanche, who has now sign upon crappie.com) and I went out yesterday evening and caught 12 keepers. Biggest was 1.65 fish are still in that 8-12ft range. WT was 61-63. EB
