Just a lil friendly bashing the geezer thing wasn personal but no one can hold my hand sir. Im used to the grenada pigs and im waiting for a lake to thaw out when i used to be in a light jacket this time a year trolling 16'ers 4 a peice me and pops. But guess will have to work that trolling motor and sonar find some structures to share with you gentlemen. Maybe you guys could take me you know hold my hand show me a thing or to of the lathargic sac-a-lait.

Dedawg, like Yates said don't go away... I meant what I said, go catch some fish and send us some reports. I usually make it to Alabama every year, I love it down there. Last year I had a heart operation and this year the two guys I usually travel with both got laid off. So, no trips down there for a few years and the only way for me to keep in touch with whats happening, is thru these posts.

The ice should be off these lakes in another week or so. Also FYI, in Ohio it's a 2 rod limit.
We need more guys posting on here, in the summer it will be down to just a few.
not a problem, the fishing down here is fixing to hit full swing the water is warming up as with the temperature suppose to be in the 60s all week,if you ever get back to al give me a shout in till then y'all fill the coolers with those slabs and be safe

Yeah, leave that trollin' stuff at home. No point with just two poles, and there is way too many good places to fish on East Fork where you can't troll anyway. You may not catch those 3-4 pound Grenada pigs up here, but you can find plenty of those 12" crappie I saw the "pros" on InFisherman catch on Grenada this morning on FOX Sports.Quote:

Fair enough...Those who know what they are doing make it work well. There's a couple of teams on EF that do pretty good with it, and more power to 'em. I suck at it, so I don't do it anymore. We tried to make it work for us the year before last, but it just wasn't fun for us. Again FADD.Quote:

Troll all you want at eastfork it does not produce the big fish needed for the tournys. But Iam working on a trolling idea that may work but it has yet to be proven on eastfork until it is we will fish with a jigging rod in hand
