The cove behind the bridge was iced over. The water around the bridge was open. One guy was keeping some of the perch. He walked out with about 1 keeper and 19 he should have let go

I was standing on the bridge casting to the ice line using a bobber and small pink jigs. Twisters, tubes, and tiny worms. The other guys were using green jigs. No bait needed. Throw out and keep popping the bobber. 1/32 jig heads
