Started out the day at Cowan at about 8:30am with a full minnow bucket and more artificial baits than I know what to do with just wish the fish were cooperating. I had never been skunked at Cowan until today along with every other boat I talked to. Found them in all the normal spots on the finder but never got a bite! Bailed at 3pm and headed to armco and caught a nice bunch of 9 to 12 inchers in about 3 hours.
I don't know what happened to Cowan today but won't be back for a while.
Most catches were at 8 to 10 feet deep and only on minnows which is pretty normal at armco.
