Well I got checked yesterday in Hogan, but I guess they made enough money that day already, they checked my Indiana license that I proudly showed them, turns out I bought another 2013' online on March 4, 2014', guess I bought it at 5:00am before I left for the lake, next time I will have to check year more closely. Long story short- they let me go, and IDNR will be refunding my money after I buy a current license!

good luck with that, i did the same thing couple years ago...wouldnt hold your breath on the refund. And mine came from a bait store.

I called a the girl talked to the brass, they said after I bought two new 2014' license, they would refund my money, so I got online and bought them, called the girl at the IDNR two days later and asked how I should go about getting my refund, she said they would send me a check but now they decided to only refund one of the license! I guess I am dealing with the government and shouldnt expect hope and change right?

i got bit when they changed the expiration date of feb28 to march 31...back in the day we were the same as ohio.
So i went and bought my license after February, only to find out i should have waited till april first. My fault for not checking on regulations changes.

they told me they'd send me a check...if i was holding my breath id have died years ago.

Least now-a-days, they will sell you the license before its time,IE you can buy a 2015 license in feb/march, JUST MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM.

its ok guys they need the money to help clean up some bad water...
