Day one..... Only got to fish half day due to travel time up..... Wind and spitting rain..... Jeepy jr caught his new personal best 15 1/4 inch freak nasty of a crappie (1st pic) ...... Best two was 15 1/4 and 14 inch. All on jig n float

Nothing like catching the under a cork. It sure makes miserable weather much less miserable.
I'm coming up there in about a month, I need to get some info when you get home.

Great catch. Nothing better than watching that cork go under. I may have the chance to go up memorial day weekend and do a walleye trip. Not a sure thing yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

we found 65 deg H20 ( 65 in the afternoon ) in east harbor , most of the bays was 60 or so.... they was packed in about an acre area..... Couldn't get em to go no where else..... Had some great size.
