Johnson 130 Need help with water pump hoses inside motor cover help??

So if i take the lid off my motor where the water comes out theres 2 hoses one small one that comes out of the top of the motor block and one large one that goes somewhere under the motor what is the larger one for???

I have a 95 / 130 hp Johnson ..... I'll pop the hood and look, may try bass boat central, a lot of knowledge there.... If your talking about the large hose that goes to the pee hole outlet (if I remember correct) it lays in the bottom of the pan as a drain hose , BUT don't hold me to that I'll double check on mine
