    Crappiemax,
I've tried the chartreuse color crappie nibbles with little success. What color is best? Another fisherman I know says wax worms and I've had little success with those too.

Normally I use chart or red when I use them. Fish the jig under the smallest bobber you can. Switch body types; stingers (like Bobby Garland's), tubes etc. and add the nibble until you find something they're hitting on. After the cast very your retrieve from slow twitches and short/long pauses to quicker twitches. I've seen days nibbles seemed to help and other days it didn't matter. If you're just swimming the jig try different head weights, depths and retrieve speeds until you connect.

Hi. I'm partial to the pink crappie nibbles myself. Be safe all!
