porcupine!! Over 30 inches long.
Gettn' bored with this snow and cold. Found this bad boy in my father-in-law's cabin, thinking about selling it, but I'm gettin' kinda fond of it. Scared the crap out of my daughter when she walked by it and forgot it was there the other day. Not something you see every day, that's for sure!

That is cool. I bet that would sell fast.
Is that like a record? I saw a live one before and i didn't think it was nearly that big.
looks like T-bone on a sunday morning waiting for his boat # to be called

None of my business Fished.. be careful of selling that to anybody. In ky you have to be a Licenced taxiderist to buy or sell any inedible wildlife or it parts. Just recently Read A story about an oldtimer(like Yates) had a deer head from the late 7o's. Got down on his luck and put it on craiglist for whatever price,a man called about it and made a deal to pick it up.....5 minutes later 2 gamewardens were letting him know he did something illegal, charged him $250 and kept the head
Is something wrong with this picture?
JimmyB, interesting, I'll check it out. I know he got it in PA in the early 70's, shot it out of a pine tree in the Allegeny mountains with a recurve bow while he was deer hunting. Not many use a recurve any more, but he did til the day he died.
C-max, it's a big one, but I doubt they keep track of records. About the size of a big groundhog. I'm not sure what it's worth.
