    Default Ef 6/26?????

Alrighty, I aint been on here in a while nor have i been able to fish for a while but today I got out with the unc, and we didnt catch squat!!!!!!!!! water was muddying up fast on upper end. Lower end was still nice and clear. Tried both top and bottom end from 2-12 ft deep and caught 5 crappie. I see folks were catching the heck out of them last week. If anyone was there today and did in fact find fish let me know. Even by pm if you would like. I don't need any exacts on what you were doing or anything, just want to know if we really suck that bad LOL. talked to a few boats crappie fishing that werent doing squat either but did see 1 boat catch a few off 1 tree.......

I have been reading this forum for a year or so but this is my first post so hi to all. I was there yesterday and it was alot harder bite than in the past few days. The boat traffic was horrible. We managed to bring home 20 keepers nothing over ten inches. As the day went on the bite got worse we fished till about 4:00.

    Welcome Becks.

I know we worked harder than we ever had on Saturday to get ours. Nothing of any size to talk about. A lot like last summer where we had a ton right at the 9" mark. The boat traffic was probably the worst I have seen in a long time. Must have been a bass tourney and a ton of pleasure boaters out there.

Blame it on a cold front, it eases the pain of not catching a little.

I was out Sunday for awhile but on a different lake. I seemed a little slow for us too but we managed catching probably 80 or 90 but we didn't have much size. We only had 16 around 9 1/2" - 12". Most of these fish all came from 1 little spot, very limited action off the 6 or 8 other spots I fished.
I fished EF Saturday for a few hours, it was pretty slow then also. I had a pretty nice one almost 13" and a couple more that were decent but you really had to work for them.
That heavy rain a week or so ago caused the lake to raise 2 1/2 feet. The COE dropped the water pretty quick Wed, Thurs & Fri. I think that caused the fish to move off the spots I had been doing fairly decent on. I've had a pretty good mix of blacks and whites lately with the whites being the much better fish.
