Cowan has been doing pretty good the last few years. I remember seeing some posts on the "other site" where the ODNR guys were saying Cowan didn't need any regulations because the fish had a slower growth rate. Those guys really need to get out of their offices and go out in the field and see whats going on.

I agree. We went out again this morning n did real good! Me n a buddy have keep 146 good fish (10-14inches) n the past 4 days! Not counting all the good ones we've caught n the past couple weeks. This is the first yr I've fished cowan n im catchin some good fish don't get me wrong there's alot of lil ones but once u find the big ones u hammer em!
