Went to Rocky Fork today and man was it packed. They had a bass tournament and lots of other people there to just go fishing. I got a ride from a sherrif back to the ramp so I could jump in my boat. I am sure glad he offerred me a ride else that would've been a long walk. Great day to be fishing and the crappie were biting. Caught well over 100 but alot of dinks. Did finally find where the slabs were hiding. Shallow and not on wood is all I will say:D

ha ha was there today also.....man alot of green carp fisherman....north shore ramp was PACKED....

did you get checked at the ramp by the dnr? They were checking boats when i left at 2 but they both had a boat they were checking when I pulled out so I never got checked.

nope didnt get checked.....I got checked on the water a few weeks ago....of all places at cowan, so I got the free pass for a year sticker......there was a ton of boats for them boys to pick from thats for sure....
