Helix 9si gps Autochart Live

I've recently purchased a new helix unit (the 9). I ordered the zero lines chart card from hummingbird and received only the card. The disc was not include. To my understanding, the disc is needed to load the program to your pc. A guy at the BPS electronics counter said that there was another customer who purchased the zero lines card and didn't receive a program disc. So he was under the impression that you don't need one. However I can not load the program onto my computer without the disc unless there's something I don't know. I will be contacting hummingbird tomorrow. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks in advance.

The hummindbird PC program is available free on their website. I think you may have to register a product to access it if you never have before. I also got a helix 9 recently and was told that I can use the plain micro SD cards I already had and that unless you were buying a preloaded map card then there is nothing special about the zero lines card.
