Not trying to make a joke but when the ice age started to reverse its course a thousand years ago did the cavemen think it was global warming? It seems that the only constant is change. The deserts of saudi arabia were once plush forests. It is narcistic to think that we as humans have within us to change something as big as the earth on a scale of this magnitude. The sun is respondsible for the heat we enjoy. If the earth strayed off course and cooling occured would we say that the fuel we burned to heat our homes is causing the sun to be blacked out causing the cool down? I truly believe its all about money and power. Who stands the most to gain from all this global warming phenomenon? The ones who are selling the " green " products? The politicians that are making regulations on greenhouse emissions, forcing companies to buy "green" equipment to change their operating facilities, while they live in mansions that use up more electricity in a month than the average person does in a year? Im 58 and have seen in my lifetime coooooooold winters like this one and warm ones as well. For me it would be more believable if it were independent scientists that were not recieving grants to " ring the alarm bell" on this issue. Once again follow the money.

woodduck1956 hit the nail on the head- global warming- ooops that name dont work anymore lets call it climate change- is one of the biggest myths and frauds put over on folks in generations. manipulated science with the ones in the science community that dare disagree ignored, shunned and cut out of the conversation- obama claims its done science no use arguing or looking at it any more? that contradicts the very essence of science! like woodduck said its about the money- follow it!

Some seem to make a political statement about everything. Two points I would like to make. First most experts (science field) believe it is true. Even if you do not believe in Global warming do you fell it is OK to polite water,land and air? I do not and will try to make a positive impact on our planet. Some say they will only leave foot prints on this earth when they leave. I hope I leave it better place then when found it.
