Ranger Danger is so short. I remember the first time Imet him. He unbeknownst to me waddled up at my first bash and said "hey farmer!"...... I looked around and didn't see anyone. He shouted out again.... Still didn't see anyone. He then tugged at my pants leg. He was reaching up to grab my pants leg at my knee! I looked down and was shocked! There was this short little fella with a gayish demeanor. I tried my best to not laugh. While that was going on, a guy that used to post here a little named Surfies saw the meeting and laughed so hard that he fell right down the boat ramp into the drink! He shouted out " help me Shortyone Kenobi! Your my only hope!" I could not hold back after that. I fell down and rolled on the ground and almost died. It might not have exactly played out that way but that's how I remember it going down. YY'all should have been there. It was fricken great! CF

I also remember seeing Barnical Bill. He was the mysterious man in the orange hat. He went by another screen name at that time. He changed his name, sold his boat, bought a bike and went incognito. Who knows what he was up to. Got to watch that cat. He is a strange one for sure. I can usually figure somebody out somewhat after a while. But no. Not that one. Still trying to figure him out. I rember the NW Bash I fished with Shoer, we headed under the bridge upstream to get out of the wind. I say "there's Keith and Dayton", Shoer says are you sure, then hollers "Dayton stand up so I can see you" Dayton replies " I am standing up ".
Question who was the guy who fell of the dock the year after Surfies? I was talking to him and Dew heard a splash and turned around and saw just ahead sticking out of the water. He used to fish with his kids all the time.

I don't come here for "Poaching info" .... I don't get the chance fish much, but when I do I don't fish the main known waters because of all the "Clique" rhetoric. To be perfectly honest that is why I shy away from the bashes.
I could give a flip about what you used or where you used it. I come here for the stories and because this the closest I get to spending time fishing.
I dropped off here once because of the BS that started flying,,, looks like it's time to leave again.
It aint no fun fishing alone... but it's better the not fishing at all.
You say you miss the way it used to be and you wish it would be like that again... yet you put up walls that keep people the might be just the shot in the arm this site needs.
