Saw this while during an inspection on a condo on Rudee inlet yesterday, asked one of the laborers if they were catching bait "No man Mexican sushi, silerside, chile pepper rolled in a tortiola shell"

I work with a Guatemalan, dude ain't even 5' tall, but will throw a 10' cast net like a pro. It's pretty cool to watch, he taught me to throw a 3' net.

Was working on a big project in Newport News awhile back, there was 50+ Mexicans between siding crew and roofers, there was an old Mexican woman and her daughter that would fix authentic mexi food and drive from Norfolk each day to sell food out of a dodge neon trunk. I watched guys throwing elbows at each other to get to her car for a couple weeks, then the guy I work with walked over there and gave me the wave over. Two fish tacos, homemade green sauce and a cold can drink for 6$. Best fish tacos I've ever had.
