Still taking the chemo pills for 2 weeks, a week rest then a doctor's visit. All is looking good.
This heat has me spending lots of time indoors. The tomato plants I planted aren't producing the right fruit. Black Krim and Mortgage Lifters aren't bright red and small.

Oldest son had treatment on his back that left an infection. In the hospital now for up to 14 days getting IV infusion drugs right. Will have to travel from Walls, MS to Baptist East hospital in Memphis, TN for up to 80 days daily.

Prayers for your son and you, my wife went thru a very serious sepsis infection a few years ago. It was scary for the both of us, almost lost her that time

Tentative last date for my son's infusions is 9/26. He travels to the hospital for the morning infusion and wears a pump home for the evening one. Will see how he feels on 10/1 to return to work. He now has a handicap card for his ride good until 8/26.

Still praying for you and your son.

Good check up yesterday, up to 144.9 lbs.
Jason got the name of the doctor that started the infusions. The office is open but doctor is out. He badgered the girl long enough to find out she's in Europe for a month.

Had a scheduled MRI and doctor's visit for yesterday to check on tumor. Had to get a new visit scheduled. Checked for when I could get both on the same day. Not until after Thanksgiving. So I went for the MRI yesterday and tomorrow for the visit. Long drive for me from Horn Lake, MS to Baptist east hospital area and the bad drivers on I-240. My oldest son drove. We shopped in the area before returning home. May hit other stores tomorrow.
Chemo doctor visit in 2 weeks. 1 more week of taking the chemo pills. 3 pills in the morning and 4 at night along with the 11 heart pills.
Keeping myself busy reloading 410 while sitting in bed. Got 600 rounds ready to fire.

Tumor doctor visit went well, I'm up to 145.8 pounds. Feeling great and eating most all I wish.
Last night I ordered a hamburger with mustard and tomato only. Got home to find cheese on both sides of the patty, trashed.
Going to be 93 later, see if I can go to son's place to shoot the 410.

Good updates sir! It seems drive thru and take out order accuracy are a thing of the past.

West clinic visit went well, up to 148 lbs, on chemo pills for another 2 weeks.
Debbie was out of breath when she would return to her recliner from the bathroom. Seems the oxygen machine stopped working correctly. Got the oxygen tank to her and that helped a lot. Not enough in the tank to last long so she spent a week in the hospital getting things back to normal. Came home with a new machine, a portable and a new tank. She's doing better but slow for her health and age.
