    Wonder why COE has Sardis shut off and Enid and Grenada with such low outflows with all 10+ feet above rule curve?

    There were a lot of pop up thunder storms this week that yielded a lot of water in areas. They were being careful not to flood any crops down stream. All the
    gates are back open now.
