    Can you guys see a crappie structure made out of 1/2 inch pvc on your side image or down image? I’m not having any luck with it.

    P.M. NIMROD. He has starting using plastic structure and should have the answer. I have heard that it is hard to see.

    On side image, you won’t see the pvc that well but you will be able to see the “shadow” off of it just like any other cover

    Like they have said, you just almost can't see the structure itself. I sank some a few years ago with 1/2 inch PVC and I even capped the ends off to hold air so it would be easier to find. But that didn't help either. After the gps unit that I used when I sank them failed and I didn't save the waypoints I've struggled to find them again to mark them. But you can find the shadows with side imaging, still hard to see though.

    I’ve got the coordinates but I was hoping after upgrading to a HDS 12 gen 3 that I could see them. I’m finding lots of logs and stumps. Road beds etc. just no pvc habitat.
