We done these in an iron skillet! Very little oil! We jjust fixed enough for two people.

Sunbeam bread and crappie filets were meant to go together.

Looks yummy to me!

It almost brings a tear to my eye when I see people putting tarter sauce or ketchup on my crappie filets. I can't imagine messing up something so good by putting anything else on them. Oh well it still looks good me. Good job.
