    Man, that looks great Chris. I just finished dinner and now I'm hungry again. Beautiful piece of meat. I know it's better than it looks. If you wouldn't mind would you share recipe for sauce?

    Meat looks great but IMO you ruined it by getting it close to green peas. My brother and I were forced to eat them as kids. I still can't stand the sight or smell.
