Read on FB that the outcome was not good. Prayers go out for all involved.

A ranger came to the weigh in and said there was a boat at south greysport with no one in it Making circles. The ranger said there wasn’t a truck at the ramp and no one in sight. It was an xpress boat. He said the guy was staying at the north abutment campground. And no one knew him or any info so he left.

It’s a dangerous lake up around that area but the rangers indicated there was no truck or trailer at the ramp where the boat was near. Someone might have taken the owner of the truck against his will as he was getting the truck and they throttled the boat out to make it look like he fell overboard so they could cover their tracks longer while they look for the body that’s not there

Anyone hear of a capsized boat on Grenada today?
They didn’t say they found the truck. The ranger told us that he was staying at the campground they knew his name and where he was from but could not locate his truck at that time and asked if anyone from magnolia knew him and no one didn’t. It’s a bad situation for sure. Prayers going up to the families involved during this uneasy time.
