Crank that thermostat on down as low as you wish. Mine are set on 55, won't get that cool over night, might get to 70 during the day. May trade this 12,000 btu unit in the living room to an 18,000 since all the heat seems to be there.

Be careful..They got some strange looking fish up there ..Some have teeth !!!!
And something strange happens all the water gets hard and stays that way for 3 months.
