Minn Kota customer service

Have a problem with my new ultrex. Been trying to reach Minn Kota customer service for several days at 800 227 6433. Cannot get a telephone connection. Doesn't ring, just cuts off. Tried mine and the wife's phone. Any body know another number maybe? Need to talk to a person. Thanks.

Weird, that's the no. I always use. Try sending an email with your number, and they will return your call.

May be faster if you go here and email them your problem they may get back with you faster.

Sorry, I jumped the gun, as usual. Got em. Problem solved. Cut my link cable bad while installing, they said it could be spliced. Thanks guys.

Yep. Had a problem with my Ulterra remote. Called them while on the water. They figured it was a bad remote. Mentioned I was not sure the spot lock was as advertised. They sent both the remote and a new control head overnight. Cannot believe the customer service. Love those guys!
