I have a small cooker as well if we need another.
I will be there plus 1 guest, willing to help where needed. Will stay to Saturday night.

Fish: At least 3 bags fillets
Breading
Paper plates, napkins, forks, spoons, cups
trash bags
Table (1), 4 - 5 chairs
Dessert (TBD)
