Yep, peanut oil is awesome but not good in a big group

no problem canola oil works too. you would think a guy who's been a nurse practitioner for 25 years would think of that. i cook for big groups pretty regular but its always the same big group. you could fry em in motor oil and it wouldn't hurt that bunch.Quote:
