    A friend gave me a skinned wild turkey breast without the breast bone..was going to do it on smoker...How would you do it?

    Cut it in strips like a chicken strip. It's gonna have some tendon white strips running through the breast. You want to cut that out. When u get the whole thing cut up in strips it's ready to be hit a few times on each side with tenderizer. Once u get it tenderized u need to get the grease hot! Dip it in egg and then flower and just drop it in the grease! Will be best turkey u ever put in your mouth!

    Yep, I've done them that way...my friend wants it smoked...I've always done them with wishbone Italian dressing, covered with Mrs. Dash and lemon pepper
