Default Where would you go November 11 - 13

A buddy and I are coming south that Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Combined we have fished Sardis, Enid, Grenada and Lake Washington.
If you had those dates to fish, where would you go? Regardless of the method or distance...

I know there are some tournaments coming up. We will not be fishing them. If you want to send a pm, that is fine as well. My cell number is 270-816-5973.

    Thanks,
    Brian

Brian, if you can I would wait until around the first part of that week. Got a cold front coming and cooler temps predicted starting next week. Will make a big change in their patterns. One may turn off while another turns on. I would plan to stay at Enid or Batesville so I could go either direction on the big lakes.

Cray, yeah those dates are the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The weather that I am seeing for down is showing the cooler weather hitting next Sunday or Monday. They should be able to adjust and calm down by Friday 11th.

With a little weather change coming, it will change patterns of fish as well. Hopefully, cooler means more aggressive bite, and maybe less wind. All of those lakes should be doing well by the 2-3 week end of November. I'm headed to Washington the 18-20. Give a report when I get back, OR, while I'm there if it really starts to pop.

Considering Washington has a tourney this weekend and the 12th next weekend. I would go where the gewbers aren't congregating in mass.. Lol. Start with Enid, try out Sardis and make a run to Nader. Or choose one of the three and pick it apart.. be a bunch of good fishermen vacant from their post weekend after next :-)

Be down there before lunch tomorrow! Can't wait.
What's the latest Intel on the bite??
If it's top secret, you can always send me a PM with any info that you don't mind sharing!
Looking forward to the trip. Tight lines everybody, safe travels to Washington. We will do our best to protect enid, Grenada and Sardis.

Enjoyed getting away and hunting down some slabs. Drove down early Friday morning, got on the water at Enid before lunch. Caught fish in 4 to 13 fow, alot of shorts that was killing us to throw back!
Decided to tackle grenada on Saturday with the wind direction being from the northeast, try to fish the area between carvers and chocktaw. We were greeted with 3ft+ rollers and we had to crawl to carvers point then run side saddle until we could get around the bar and back into the wind. Bite was really slow, best bite was from around 1pm until 4pm, fishing small topography breaks in 6 to 9 fow. She really showed her stuff on Saturday, tough tough day.
On Sunday we almost pulled the trigger on going to Arkabutla since that would complete my big 4 list of fished lakes. But, we heard that it was at winter pool, and very little ramps to use, so we decided to go back to enid.
Was on the water this morning fishing by 7am. Quickly found a pattern off of a secondary ledge, 7 to 10 fow, and put 4 keeper piggies in the boat in less than an hour. Thoughts of a big day quickly switched to what the heck happened as they hit the time clock and went home.
I picked up another keeper later in the morning. Schools of stripes entertained up a few times today. Learned alot about the lakes, and getting a better feel for them.
Had a blast with my buddy buffalo13 as we had never fished together in the same rig. Looking forward to our annual early spring trip, this year we have 10 to 12 boats heading south
