    I have always used my charcoal smoker.. Am wanting to use my electric MasterBilt....I have a 13lb ham, and 12lb turkey..how is the best way to cook them..

    there are several ways people go about it. i would go to you tube and type in masterbilt. the one thing i can tell you is to get a digital thermometer. can do it without one. good luck..WS

    I am about to start experimenting too....going to buy a Big Green Egg today and I am going to brine a turkey for a few days then smoke that joker on the egg. I love cooking and playing with different methods.
