I bet it would. I know it would preserve them and that added twang just might be the ticket. That's got me thinking maybe just maybe some juice from them pickled pigs feet would be a good secondary flavor to add to your arsenal. We went to the haunted house early yesterday. My uncle Bob fed his goats and we stopped at a fast food place and had biscuits and gravy.
