I had a buddy 20 years ago that worked for Mossy Oak They had license agreements with manufactures to use their camo. Everyone was sending product to China to be made. Chinese companies started pirating Mossy Oak camo. He spent 6 weeks over there trying to get it stopped with no luck.

I'm not a big Trump fan but he does keep saying that China is ripping us new ones with stuff like this and I agree with him that something needs to be done about it. Not that he will or can, but you can bank on it not happening any other way, certainly hasn't in the last 7 years.
I'm glad I ordered all 5 of my Milleniums from Gene. A buddy of mine showed me the Walmart ad and I said make sure they were B100s. Obviously they were knock-offs.
I will say this; I bought 5 3/4" pin seat bases for my Milleniums from Wal Mart. Within 2 months all 5 had broken and I had welded 2 that could be and trashed the other 3.If I had not painted all of them black to match the B100s, I would have returned them. The 3 replacements I bought at Gander Mountain. They too were Chinese made but the welding on them was totally different and I've had zero issues with them.
I can talk to Gene..I don't speak Chinese.......
It's all a result of gutting our manufacturing base all across the USA in chase of a cheaper product. Regulate more here, deregulate theirs, and force it over seas. NAFTA. Every little town in America now has empty manufacturing buildings just falling in. The difference in price now is even more staggering because of the regs and the fact that we have so few facilities. It's got to change.

Somebody should write a review and let the other shoppers know these are knock-offs and give the link to EZ's site or Millennium's site.
Everybody is quick to assume they are knock offs. Wal-Mart is too big to sell them with a brand on them. If Wal-Mart knocks them off the would be rebranded ozark trail or such.
Not sure I understand the reasoning in that statement, but buy a couple and tell us how they do.. Lol. Wal Mart is chalked full of integrity I'm sure... :-)

Just saying that Wal-Mart isn't dumb enough to knowingly sell counterfeit products. Instead they will make close copies and put their ozark trail logo on them. These could be a different series that millennium and Wal-Mart have a separate deal going on. Surely the corporate lawyers have it scoped out. They wouldn't risk selling under the millennium name otherwise.
FYI. We do not have any deal with Walmart. We are not making an inferior seat and marketing it anywhere. If you want one of these seats, you better hurry. Gomer, the part you are missing is they are not sold by Walmart. They are sold through Walmarts on line deal that is like Amazon. They are actually sold by a company called Redsgear through Walmarts web site. If you read their whole set up you will find Walmart will not take them back and offers no kind of warranty.Quote:
