Torch has a BIG problem

It's under warranty but this will be 4 th time to have engine out

What engine does it have? And what is going on with it ?

Duramax. First two times rear main deal and intercooler. Transmission leak injection pump. I think it broke the crankshaft Saturday. They can't get in the shop til Friday
