    Default New project

Picked up a 90 model Stratos 285 pro with Stratos trailer today, Gota add controls and a motor, couldn't pass it up, seemed like a good deal to me, boat is in dang good condition, brand new carpet, re clear coated on top, bottom is in great condition, also came with a 6in manual Jack plate and hot foot , trailer is in great condition and has breaks. Probably gona power it with a merc 150 or 200 as soon funds allow, probably go used or rebuild one, New is a little steep on price for me.
Pics ain't the best, but best I could do at the moment.

Nice rig budro. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for a bargain on a GOOD engine for ya. Be careful when buying rebuilt, or used. I'll find ya a good one Eventually. Usually loose engines have had issues and have been replaced by newer ones.

Call me if you find something. I can get the serial numbers and check out the warranty claims on them. They usually wind up just like they started out. Good or bad.

Thanks, but only way I could buy at the moment is the easy payment plan...lol, not in a big rush, gona go through it from bow to stern checking everything from wireing to fuel tanks first, I want all the little things checked and tested, so when it do power it, there won't be any suprises.

How long is that boat. Are you redoing it to keep? I know it's gonna be laid out when you get thru.
