Takes me 10 minutes to get to Tommys and I got 2-3 spots that they should be there. No welfare hole either

I rode over 43 at 5:00 and there were 3 boats on the rankin side past the welfare hole. They were trolling river ledge. It was raining pretty good at the time. They were either catching some or dumb!
