Cane I agree with you but I will share with you what I was told by the guy that literally keystroked the wording in the new laws. There is a direct correlation between the number of poles an angler is using and the amount of time it takes to catch a limit. If the time it takes to catch a limit is real short then the cheaters who travel long distances would have time to take the first limit back to the hotel/campground and clean them, leave the cooler at the hotel and then go to a different ramp and catch another limit. The locals tend go on home and come back the next day.
So, if he fished in a fruit jar tourney would he be legal?
