I ate them a couple of times and I'll put them behind sauger and crappie on my favorite fish meal, pretty much equal to bass in taste. They are just hard to learn how to fillet. I haven't had bigheads, only silvers (ones that jump).

The only thing I'd say to folks who think that trolling isn't fishin is......wait for it!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!
