You are moving your arms to compensate. Real easy to do that
Your right I braced my arms on my tread mill stand and right eye stays centered
Coil. Now all you got to do is carry your treadmill around when you want to shoot...Geezers have to improvise...
I think all law abiding citizens ought to get a conceal carry permit, and always carry concealed.
I teach the classes with Golden Eagle Training, we average a class every month.
and we train like G said, both eyes both hands.
Also still train police officers for LA. POST.
No Don...I can shoot with either eye and either hand and hit consistently....Its the way I was trained.
OH CRAP, I'm weird. I did that and neither one was centered. It went to the side with both eyes. LOL Did it 4-5 times with the same result. NO, I didn't move my arms, had them braced as well) Guess all those years of martial Arts have my eyes ambidextrous as well as my hands lol
Specks right......sounds like you need a re alignment lol
Bflowers, I agree 100%.. Strong hand /weak hand. Should always be taught, and with both eyes open, that is SOP..eye dominance is entirely a different subject. Seems to be confusing to some
I was taught to form the circle with your hands, arms out, fix you sight on an object. Bring your hands to your face. The circle will always come to your dominant eye.
I've been watching the ads for enhanced carry for a long time. These classes range from $75 plus range fee of $14 up to $300.
They are 4 hours of classroom and the time it takes to shoot 50 rounds controlled. My class was 2 nights of class and one night at an indoor range.
Most of the classes in my area are 8 hrs. long plus range time.....those that can shoot go ahead and shoot to qualify, two magazines.....those that cannot shoot good, they work with them and teach them....most will shoot and be able to qualify after they get through. Class runs from $45 to $150 depending on instructor. If you cannot shoot well, bring plenty of ammo. I shot 14 rounds and was out the door with my certificate.
