What ever it is wouldn't hit no color jig today. Went to Tombigbee State Park for a few hours before my son went to work. Lots of grass along the bottom. Blue bird day blues!Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440536693.999843.jpg

Not sure what kind of fish they are, but I'd be fishing from 8-12' deep. The ones below the thermocline are cats.

What I'm calling the cline could be grass or mud settling.

We would start hitting the top of the grass and about 15 feet down.

I thought that was to dense for a thermocline. It looks like grass, but I didn't know where you were fishing.

Only fish I saw were at 11 ft. It also looks like your sensitivity is set a little too high.....lots of clutter.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
