I'm giving this a try with crappie. I've made my own before using bread crumbs and were very good but going to try this to the "T" and see how it goes.

Not bad....didn't follow it to a "T" but close enough. Made my own sauce though. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Mayo. I also mixed in some bread crumbs with the crushed crackers. And I baked the crappie plain before mixing instead of frying. I'm trying to go healthier!
